Fun
We still know how to have fun though! A day at the river.
Just what we all needed.
(me looking very chubby indeed!)
Bella makes new friends everywhere we go!
That's not Jim with Bella. No, that's a family that we've never met before, but that we ended up befriending because they had the all time best toy in the world (as far as Bella is concerned) - a brand new baby!!!
(if we ever get to the point where we can tell Bella that we too are going to have a brand new baby I think she'll just about explode with excitement!)

It was a lovely day and I'm so glad that we made the effort, even though Bella is covered in urticaria (but doesn't have the virus that we thought - phew) and has a skin infection (poor girl). She still got a lot of admiring comments about her outfit though!
It does look like you had fun. I think you look wonderful.

I'm not surprised Bella made friends wearing that ensemble! How cute! When that hat grows too small for her..will you frame it? I've framed a t shirt of DS 2's for posterity (the first one we met him in)and it hangs in his bedroom.
Love to all...

You don't look chubby! Bella though is a bundle of chubby cuteness. Don't you love the way little kids pick each other up every where they go? Our Lily has a standard line; "What's your name?" Child replies. Lily adds; "What a beautiful name, that's lovely." The first time she did it I was rolling with laughter and texting everyone I knew. Now I roll my eyes...her pick up line is how we refer to it now.

I think you look great, and what a relief that you can comfort your daughter without fear of endangering your other baby.
My daughter experiences urticaria on a somewhat regular basis, on all different levels (one requiring a trip to the ER) and we still have no idea why. Well, we do know she has Cold Urticaria, in response to a drop in body temperature. Swimming out doors and boating are out, due to the dangers of her having a reaction. Unfortunately cold urticaria doesn't respond to anti-histamines like other forms of urticaria. But she does get it occasionally when she is perfectly warm. So we can't figure it out. Bella can borrow Iris' nickname - The Polka Dot Princess. That's what she goes by during an outbreak.
I'm forgetting, how far along are you now? How long do you think you'll wait to tell Bella? When you do tell, would you be sure to photograph her reaction for us? :o)

Hehe, our daughter too - she tells us every day that she's old enough to be a big sister ;)

You don't look chubby, you look wonderful. And Bella looks adorable--I love the wet-seat-of-the-pants shot. Glad to hear she doesn't have that virus.

Ooh now isnt that just adorable, and I am sure Bella had a wonderful day seeing the new baby. Little toddlers usually love babies as it is someone smaller than themselves. She looks so cute in her swimsuit too.
