Piles of various fabrics, catalogs and notebooks have started accumulating in the almost, almost finished kitchen. I don't want to speak to soon, but we're very nearly at the exciting stage of kitchen refits. I'm off to buy paint and then we're spending the rest of the day painting, which shouldn't take too long because my wonderful mother has both our wonderful children until tomorrow. Like I said - exciting!

A kitchen makeover is always the best...
it makes a home stand out, even if its just a neat color of paint and the addition of a cool piece of found art. Can't wait to see.

congrats on the almost finished kitchen doesn't it feel great! I do knit but I sew poorly but it doesn't stop me from loving fabric. just sayin' I get it!

Oooh, I have some of the mustard fabric at the top of the pile too (I think I bought it in Fabrics Galore in Lavendar Hill) - I'm interested to see what you'll do with it, as I'm yet to cut into mine, despite the fact that it has been in my stash for over a year now.
