This is my latest acquisition. It's called City Living and is by print and textile artist Laura Amiss who is based in Amsterdam.

Laura's original artwork is printed on to a light weight canvas and then appliqued and freehand machine stitched.

If you can't stretch to one of Laura's beautifully appliqued canvas's (as I can't sadly) then you can get the unadorned prints of her work in her Etsy shop.

I love the vibrant colours combined with the delicate line drawing and of course the addition of fabric makes it even more perfect.
