This is one of my favourite advent calendars ever. It's and Eric Carle one and is just gorgeous - as you would expect from Eric Carle.
The house is finally looking Christmasfied. The girls had a night at Mom's last weekend (so Jim and I could finally see Harry Potter - loved it!) and Bella wasted no time telling me that Nana's house was much nicer than ours at Christmas! Which went some way to guilting me in to finishing putting up the decorations.
Apparently it still doesn't live up to my Mom's house, but Bella admits that I have at least tried - there's nothing as much fun as being patronised by a 5 year old!
In the meantime I can't believe that it's Christmas in just a couple of days. I still have so much to do, including a lot of gift making.
Those that don't know me say it can't all be done.
I say Pah! Sleep is for the weak of mind and heart!
